Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered during special sales or on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Ink & Ivy Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist whenever possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment locations.
